About Us

CODIC is an organization dedicated to the exploration, development and dissemination of organization development (OD) knowledge, information and wisdom.

CODIC is a forum for interactions among a broad base of constituencies including: Internal and external OD consultants, OD practitioners, HR professionals, OD researchers and academicians, students of OD, users of OD services and others interested in learning more about OD philosophy and practices.

CODIC is based at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois and is a long-time affiliate of the Organization Development Institute (ODI).

To be an evolving center of excellence for Organization Development (OD) learning, practice and renewal.
