Experiential Improvisational Theater Exercises Adapted to Training Situation

This program will explore a number of engaging exercises drawn from the world of improvisational theater and adapted to the training and development arena. These include exercises for improved listening, collaboration, support, stress relief, empowerment, leadership development, status, respect, brainstorming, presentation skills and story telling. The practical value of these exercises comes in the debrief. The interactive nature of the exercises makes them more memorable to the participants.
