I have been an active member of CODIC since 2002. At the time, I was looking for a place to make a professional contribution and CODIC had some opportunities. It was a perfect match. To get involved, I served as Membership Director (2003), CODIC Chairperson (2004-08), Membership Co-Director (2008-09). Now, I move over to Communications Director.
My professional background includes:
- Currently working as an external consultant on a project to transform the sales channels. My area of focus is on the change management and internal communication aspects of this organizational change effort.
- My experience includes both internal and external consulting in the variety of organizational settings.
- M.A. in Organizational Psychology and B. A. in Applied Behavioral Science from National-Louis University

I joined CODIC in 2006 while I was completing my MSMOB. Since most of my career has been in human resources, I wanted to expand my knowledge in organizational development through the eyes of other professionals. I have benefited so much from attending the Learning & Practice Symposiums. It is a great opportunity to exchange innovative ideas, learn new applications and network with others.
My professional background includes:
- Currently supporting the Chicago Department of Labor at the Chicago National Processing Center in which all temporary visas are processed from the United States.
- Over 15 years experience in human resources including public companies, privately-held companies, non-profits and government entities.
- PHR Generalist trained as a Six Sigma Greenbelt and certified in EQ-i supporting operations, part of a core management group and serving on an executive planning committee.
- Additional experience includes both internal and external consulting on defined scope projects in the areas of human resources, organizational development and marketing.
- M.S. Management & Organizational Behavior, Benedictine University, Sigma Beta Delta member, B.S. in Business Management with dual majors, Human Resources and Marketing, Purdue University Calumet.
