Program

As more meetings, trainings and conferences are going online, more than ever we need to change the rules when we are meeting and learning together in the flesh.

Are you ready to experiment?

Creativity expert Adam Shames will guide as we play with and push the boundaries of maximum live participation. We'll explore:

  • Ice-breakers and facilitation techniques (from Adam's e-book TeamBreakers) to mobilize us as a more connected, idea-generating group
  • New ways to leverage the energy, creativity, input and expertise of participants
  • Collaborative goal-setting or -adjusting to take full advantage of sharing a space with other non-virtual humans.

Adam will also outline key creativity competencies and a creative problem-solving framework that can help turn live meetings and trainings into stimulating, connecting, problem-solving sessions--rather than passive or information-loaded sessions that are soon to be extinct.
