Jeff founded Compass Coaching & Development with the philosophy that every organization is the same, and yet every organization is different. There are specific, core areas that are vitally important for every organization to excel in; yet the environment, industry, and overall dynamic of that specific company will dictate exactly how these areas should be developed and promoted internally.
