Executive Coaching is one of the leadership development interventions that corporations use to accelerate the development of high potential leaders. In this session, an Executive Coaching Toolkit developed for a Fortune 50 Company to serve as guide for Human Resource Business Partners, Human Resource Managers, and Organization Effectiveness Consultants in handling Executive Coaching Engagements will be presented. The presenter will discuss the following:
- Tools for Introducing the Executive Coaching Program
- Tools for Phase I - Initiation of/Consideration for Coaching Engagement
- Tools for Phase II - Matching Executive Coach and Leader
- Tools for Phase III - Conduct Coaching Engagement/ Progress Check
- Tools for Phase IV - Measurement/Evaluation
The participants will leave with an understanding and appreciation of the purpose and the components that make up an Executive Coaching Toolkit. They can use this presentation as a jumping board for the creation of an Executive Coaching Toolkit in their respective corporations and in their consulting role.
Presenter: Eleanor Alandy
Eleanor Alandy is an experienced talent management and executive coaching practice leader whose business focus is on growing leaders that grow the business. She worked with Allstate Insurance Co., Procter & Gamble, Motorola, and Jag & Haggar in both leadership and management positions as well as in internal and external consulting roles. Her focus is in the areas of organization effectiveness, talent management, leadership excellence, and executive coaching and development. She has led strategic interventions in the individual, team, and organization levels in the Philippines as well as in the United States.
She has a masters degree in the following areas, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, and Organization Development and is pursuing an MBA degree at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She is a member of the Board of the Organization Development Network of Chicago and is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, the International Coach Federation and the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Training and Development.
