Ready for a highly interactive session on how to conduct organizational assessments? Survey feedback is the classic tool in this process. Join us to explore some of the most popular tools for this purpose, including the Dennison Organizational Culture Survey, and from Human Synergistics International, the Organizational Culture Inventory® and the Organizational Effectiveness Inventory.™

But let's not forgot about how to use qualitative data, such as interviews, focus groups or large group methods like Future Search and Appreciative Inquiry to complement or replace quantitative survey data.

Most important, we will discuss the next steps. As we all know, the assessment frequently becomes the intervention. How can we ensure that it only starts the development process? Find out here.

Mike Nordbye (principal of Proven Strategies) and Eric Sanders (founder of OD Economist) are both highly experienced in organizational assessment and will guide the discussion of this critical topic.
