Presenter: Jeffrey K. Cordes, MBA
Jeffrey Cordes is an accomplished HR/OD consultant with over twenty-three years of experience working with companies in a wide range of consulting and training engagements, including human resource optimization and assessment, performance management systems, executive coaching, change management, leadership development, and recruiting.
Jeff has a unique blend of skills and experiences, working as an experienced HR/OD consultant rising to a partner position with IBM Consulting, James Martin Consulting and now as the Vice President of Fulcrum Network Inc. and President of Human Capital Results. Complimenting his almost two decades of consulting in HR, OD and organizational change projects, he has a practitioner's background as well. Jeff has held senior human resource and organizational development executive management positions with IBM Corporation, Xpedior Inc., Apropos Technology Inc. and NCI. During his corporate career, he had responsibility for all aspects of human resources management and organizational development, including performance management, leadership development, employee relations, strategic HR and recruiting.
Jeff has been a guest professor at Benedictine University and DePaul University. At the Keller Graduate School of Management he was a professor in Management Development. He taught and chaired the Quality program sponsored by IBM at the Wharton School of business. Jeff has an MBA in Organizational leadership and a BA in Economics.
Jeff is also on the Board of Directors for Character Education Partnership in Washington, D.C. and an active advisor to the Green Street project in Chicago, Illinois.
