Gary Goldman will show how prototype urban and suburban cities are implementing this comprehensive cultural change process and discuss OD strategies for becoming a youth-centered community.
The goal of these Youth-Centered Communities (YC2) is to enlist students, schools, parents, community organizations, foundations, business partners, and government agencies in building a powerful, united initiative and thus a “tipping point” to energize communities with the unlimited potential of one billion youth worldwide.

Gary Goldman
Gary Goldman, M.A. in Organization Development, Loyola University is President and Founder of the non-profit International Quality Leadership Institute (IQLI) in Chicago, Illinois and is a nationally recognized leader in education reform and youth empowerment. He is the coauthor of the book, Empowering Students to Transform Schools. IQLI's mission is to create a national and global Youth Movement of Youth-Centered Communities that gives America's youth a voice, engages youth in volunteerism, in partnership with adults, and impacts public policy, in helping to shape the future prosperity of our communities, nation, and the world. Mr. Goldman has been featured in the media including WGN, CBS, NBC and ABC. Most recently, he has been interviewed on Comcast and CNN Headlines News.
