Midwest NLP, Inc. began as an idea. Like many ideas, it only emerged as a reality when owner Jim Accetta realized that to live his dream, he must pursue his passion & helping people get what they want so they can live their dreams.

Jim discovered NLP in the early 1980's, a time when NLP was still in its infancy. As a Clinically Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Family Therapist, Jim incorporated NLP and hypnosis into his individual, group and family work. He then expanded his use of NLP into the areas of interviewing and program development before moving into management and small business development in the early 1990's. Since that time, he has been applying NLP principles and techniques in the development of small businesses, staff training, policy writing, organizational development and marketing.
