Carol Lischalk was our presenter. Resilience … the ability to bounce back. Economic uncertainties. Downsizing and job loss. Terrorism and war. Personal loss or tragedy. Chronic stressors at home or in the workplace. Given the increasing complexities and turbulence of modern life, building the resilience we need to survive and thrive in such an environment is a critical necessity. Understanding the road to resilience is not only important for individuals, but also for families, teams, and organizations.
