We learned more about our own creative problem solving style, as well as research on individual, team and organizational creativity, in this interactive session led by Adam Shames, organizational consultant and founder of the Kreativity Network (www.kreativity.net). Adam fully engaged our left and right brains, reviewed research on the four phases of the creative problem solving process - Clarifying, Ideating, Developing and Implementing - and had us experience our own insights into how to foster individual creativity and most effectively harness the creative power of teams.
FourSight, the Breakthrough Thinking Profile, is based on 50 years of research on creative problem solving and was previously known as the Buffalo Creative Process Inventory. How to take the assessment: E-mail Adam ahead of time at adam@kreativity.net (or call 773-334-3811), provide your name, email address, phone number, and he will send you a link to take FourSight (should take less than 15 minutes) before the December 4th meeting. He'll bring your results to the meeting and will also provide a 20-page booklet for each attendee (which is the complete $18 package, for free!).
